The evidence laws are under review in Australia, with the draft proposing some interesting changes to the status quo.
The Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC), New South Wales Law Reform Commission (NSWLRC) and Victorian Law Reform Commission (VLRC) are the bodies conducting the review of the uniform Evidence Acts, with a draft currently out for consultation.
