SJ Berwin has acted for Gazeley Properties and Metropolitan Life Insurance on the sale of a turbine warehouse to Legal & General for £43.6m. Real estate partner Jon Vivian advised on the deal, supported by assistant Mike Scott. Eversheds real estate partner Bruce Dear advised Legal & General.

Forsters has been appointed by The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH) to advise on the outline planning application for the £122m redevelopment of the RNOH site at Stanmore in Middlesex. Head of planning Michael Cunliffe is heading the Forsters team, which includes senior assistant Archana Hogarth.
