Tonucci has opened an office in Florence and is moving to seal a merger with Milan firm Franzosi Dal Negro Pensato & Setti, as the Italian independent moves to bulk up its national coverage.
Tonucci launched the seven-lawyer Florence branch last week (1 July) with the relocation of Rome-based corporate partner Franco Campagni, who assumes the role of managing partner for the new office.
