White & Case’s Italian practice is losing two partners to split-off practice Varrenti Bassan Lenzi & Associati amid claims that the New York firm is facing mounting tensions within its Italian practice.
Varrenti Bassan, which splintered from the New York giant in June last year, is taking capital markets expert Andrea Ughi and banking specialist Claudia Parzani as part of a six-lawyer team.
