Heller Ehrman Boosts IP With Hurst Hire

Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe has boosted its IP litigation practice with the hire of Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin’s co-chair of IP litigation, Annette Hurst.

Hurst, who specialises in trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, joined the firm’s San Francisco office this month. Heller has been expanding its IP litigation capability.
