Pavia & Ansaldo is set to install Roberto Zanchi as its next managing partner as the Italian independent moves to reposition itself ahead of the upcoming departure of a 60-lawyer team.

Zanchi is Pavia’s top-rated banking partner, having joined the firm in 1983 and made partner in 1991, and is currently a member of its management committee.
