Two US firms have landed the lead roles on Westfield’s £285m acquisition of a stake in the White City shopping centre development.
The City arms of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and McDermott Will & Emery respectively advised Australian property giant Westfield and the Reuben brothers, one of the sellers on the deal.
