Veteran Davis Polk & Wardwell partner Lewis Kaden has quit the firm to become chief administrative officer at long-term client Citi-group, becoming the third partner to exit the Wall Street leader in the past year.
Kaden, who is a corporate and litigation generalist, had been a partner at Davis Polk since 1984 and worked for clients including General Electric, JP Morgan Chase, Sprint, Philip Morris and Ford.
