D&W takes lead on £391m Emap acquisition

Dundas & Wilson has landed a premium corporate deal with the Scots giant acting opposite Slaughter and May on Emap’s £391m takeover of Scottish Radio Holdings (SRH).

The UK media group secured its takeover of the publicly-owned SRH this week after protracted talks.
