by sarah gillStibbe and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek have scored the lead roles on Dutch navigation software provider TomTom’s €540m (£362m) initial public offering (IPO), the first major IPO in the Netherlands in five years.

Stibbe acted for TomTom on the offering and listing on Euronext Amsterdam, with UK alliance partner Herbert Smith advising on US issues, including a rule 144A offering.
