Barlow Lyde & Gilbert’s (BLG’s) former corporate chief, John Longdon, is to follow his former colleague Graham Wedlake to the London arm of Chicago’s Winston & Strawn.
Longdon resigned from BLG in November last year after an eight-year stint during which he is credited with building up its corporate practice. The move to Winston & Strawn was finalised last month with Longdon expected to join the firm on 5 September, when his gardening leave ends.
