Coudert Brothers’ 23-partner Belgian practice – which makes up more than half of its remaining European partner-ship – is in talks with management over its future as the US firm continues to wrestle with internal tensions.
One senior partner within Coudert told Legal Week that the Belgian arm is currently in discussions with management in a dispute over profit allocation.
