The future of the Law Society’s senior management has been thrown into doubt, it has emerged, in the wake of last month’s vote to separate its regulatory and representative arms from September.
Chancery Lane insiders have claimed that the May vote for the ‘Model 4′ structure, which will split representative and trade union roles while retaining an umbrella body for back office and administrative functions, will lead to a revision of the chief executive role.
