Allen & Overy (A&O) head of corporate in Spain, Fernando Torrente, has quit to rejoin Cuatrecasas just three years after the magic circle firm hired him from the Spanish leader.
Torrente, whose practice covers corporate finance, M&A and capital markets, will move with a five-lawyer team, including Juan Aguayo, who joins Cuatrecasas as a partner.
