Dimming prospects of equity part-nership are now accepted as a fact of life at commercial law firms, according to a survey which shows that more than nine out of 10 lawyers believe it has become harder to become a full partner.
The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question poll found that 83% of respondents believe it is now more difficult than ever to become an equity partner, with 9% saying it is ‘much more’ difficult.
