Magic circle rivals Clifford Chance (CC) and Allen & Overy (A&O) have scooped the lead advisory roles on the sale of Nether-lands-based directories group Yellow Brick Road Group (YBR) in the latest major deal in the directories industry.
The deal sees European Directories, a consortium of investors led by Macquarie Capital Alliance Group, acquire the group for a total consideration of €1.825bn (£1.26bn).
