Silicon Valley icon Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has agreed a deal with Chinese leader King & Wood to use each other’s office space in a symbolic move for the legal technology market.
The agreement sees King & Wood – one of Slaughter and May’s regular referral partners – lease space in Wilson Sonsini’s Palo Alto HQ in exchange for providing facilities for the US firm at its Beijing base.
