Norton Rose is to vote on proposals to convert to a limited liability partnership (LLP) in the autumn ahead of a target date for conversion in April 2006.
The move comes as an LLP working party, headed by former managing partner Roger Birkby, prepares to consult the firm’s partnership over the summer on proposals to convert.
