Survey reveals strong support among partners for CLLS to take on Law Society's representative brief

The City of London Law Society (CLLS) can count on widespread support for proposals for it to take on a mainstream ‘trade union’ role, according to research showing more than three-quarters of commercial lawyers favour the body over the Law Society.
The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question poll found that 76% of respondents would rather be represented by the CLLS, compared to the 24% who favoured Chancery Lane.
