Monckton Chambers has recruited Heriot Currie QC and Ian Rogers to join its EU, competition, commercial and tax team as the public law leader continues its expansion drive.
Currie is a member of the English and Scottish Bar but this is the first time he has practised in England. As a general commercial advocate, he will also continue to practise in Scotland, where he is a member of the Flynn Stable.
