Scots firm Tods Murray has launched a review of its partner remuneration structure in the same week as new legislation allowing limited liability partnerships (LLP) to operate as one firm in England and Scotland comes into effect.
The top 10 Scottish firm, which currently operates a pure lockstep pay structure, is assessing a method of rewarding “exceptional performance” under what executive partner Peter Misselbrook calls a “lockstep plus” system.
