Wall Street M&A leaders Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz and Sullivan & Cromwell are advising on the landmark merger between the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Archipelago Holdings (ArcaEx).
The two exchanges announced the definitive merger agreement last Wednesday (20 April), which will see ArcaEx’s electronic exchange merge with the NYSE’s world-famous equities market.
