Sidley Austin Brown & Wood is in advanced talks to hire former Herbert Smith partner Stephen Kinsella in order to launch a competition practice in Brussels.
Kinsella, a leading competition lawyer, quit the top 10 City firm at the end of March, having stood down as head of Herbert Smith’s Brussels arm last October.
