Clients have become used to their legal advisers publicising their work, according to new research which shows major clients increasingly expect their panel members to be openly disclosed.
In the latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question poll of 100 senior lawyers, 40% of respondents said that clients either ‘never’ or ‘hardly ever’ stopped them from disclosing panel appointments.
