Wall Street M&A leaders Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz and Sullivan & Cromwell are advising on the landmark merger between the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Archipelago Holdings (ArcaEx).
The two exchanges announced on Wednesday (20 April) the definitive merger agreement, which will see ArcaEx’s electronic exchange merge with the NYSE’s world-famous equities market.
