Italian leader Tonucci and New York firm Pavia & Harcourt are terminating their alliance after five years, as the Rome-based firm begins a search for US referral partners.
The relationship will be ditched at the end of May following the decision of the 200-lawyer Tonucci to widen its US links, with the 27-lawyer US boutique looking to build referrals deals with other Italian firms.
