City giant strengthens link with private equity house advising on £453m deal

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has reaffirmed its ties with private equity house Terra Firma, advising on its £453m offer for UK water and utilities company East Surrey Holdings (ESH).
The magic circle firm is advising Kellen Acquisitions, the buy-out house’s acquisition vehicle, on the deal. The transaction was announced on 8 April and is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.
