Linklaters and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton have scored the lead roles on ABN Amro’s €2.5bn (£1.7bn) share offering, the largest Dutch equity issue this year.

Linklaters Amsterdam-based finance specialist Richard Levy led the team, alongside capital markets partner Pim Horsten and London-based US securities partner Jason Manketo. They acted for global coordinator ABN Amro Rothschild and under-writers JP Morgan Securities and Lehman Brothers.
