Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker has hired acting general counsel of Parmalat, Bruno Cova, and Norton Rose’s Italian managing partner Roberto Cornetta for a high-profile Italian law launch.
Cova is one of Europe’s most senior in-house counsel, having previously acted as general counsel of Fiat, chief compliance officer of EBRD and general counsel of Eni’s exploration and production division.
