The US’ highest-billing law firm, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, has completed its global rollout of CMS.Net – to 22 offices around the world.
The move gives Skadden’s managers a ‘single view’ into operations worldwide and alleviates fragmented, office-by-office accounting. The firm has centralised its global accounting processes in its New York offices to generate all client bills and financial reports.
