Eversheds is set to appoint a new IT director to lead its 175-strong IT department following a decision by its current head of IT to step down after five years in the job.
The incumbent, Peter Owen, will leave Eversheds in October to launch himself as an independent consultant. Eversheds’ executive board has known about Owen’s plans for some time but the firm’s partnership was informed at the end of March. At the time of writing, the firm had not named a successor.
