Nabarro Nathanson partner Simon Staite acted for LaSalle Investment Management on the purchase of £47m worth of mixed-use space at the Regent Quarter development at King’s Cross. The vendor, P&O, was represented by Macfarlanes property partner Simon Hillson and Lee Medlock, a property partner at Speechly Bircham.
