Hammonds has secured a two-month lock-in with its partners as the national giant moves to stabilise its practice in the wake of a string of high-profile setbacks.
The firm asked partners at the start of March to sign a ‘stand-still’ contract designed to prevent any further departures before 30 April, when the strategy will be reassessed.
