Greenberg secures BLP's Italian ally

Miami giant Greenberg Traurig has secured a tie-up with the Italian ally of Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP).

The move sees Greenberg forge an alliance with Milan-based Santa Maria, which had until earlier this year been a formal associate of BLP and the UK firm’s New York ally, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel.
