Denton Wilde Sapte has ditched its plan to force the senior equity partners leading the 11-partner media team to DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary to serve out their full notice periods. This paves the way for the group to transfer by the end of the month.
Legal Week understands the entire team will be allowed to join DLA Piper at the end of March – when the six-month notice period of the junior equity partners expires – after a deal was struck between the exiting partners and management of the top 20 firm.
