Boston firm Choate Hall & Stewart has hired 12 lawyers from dissolving local rival Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault. The group is headed by partners Charlotte Kim and Laurence Naughton, business and technology specialists respectively.
The team adds to the nine-partner Testa team that moved to Choate Hall in February, which included former managing partner William Asher and name partner Stephen Hurwitz.
