US firm Sidley Austin Brown & Wood has secured a major role on the BBC’s third bond issue in 18 months – acting opposite London finance leaders Clifford Chance (CC) and Linklaters.
The London arm of Sidley is acting for lead arranger Barclays Capital on the upcoming £250m issue, fielding a team led by finance partner John Woodhall.
