Clifford Chance (CC) has lost six partners from its New York arm with five insolvency partners quitting for Kaye Scholer.
The team is led by Margot Schonholtz, CC’s US head of insolvency and restructuring. Schonholtz was one of the few partners awarded ‘super-point’ status by CC last year, granting her pay above the top of the London-based giant’s lockstep.
