Nabarro Nathanson has strengthened its long-standing ties to General Electric Commercial Finance Real Estate (GE), advising the company’s property investment arm on the sale of a £298.3m property portfolio of shopping centres.

The sale, which involves the disposal of five shopping centres – Middleton Grange in Hartlepool, Four Seasons in Mansfield, Cross Gates in Leeds, St Nicholas in Sutton and Mercat in Kirkcaldy, Scotland is one of the firm’s biggest deals so far this year.
