Gone are the days when moving in-house would provide an easier life. Just ask weary lawyers at Barclays, which has embarked on yet another panel review.
It is a process that is supposed to put the in-house team in a position of power. But this time it looks as if the roles could be reversed with Barclays starting to suffer from diminishing returns.
