Bingham McCutchen saw a 12% increase in revenue and a 9% jump in profits for 2004, as the US firm reveals its first full-year set of figures since the spate of mergers that formed the 850-lawyer national practice.

The Boston-based leader saw revenue rise from 2003′s $506.6m (£268m) to hit $565.5m (£299m) last year, with profits per equity partner soaring to $1.152m (£610,000) against the previous year’s $1.054m (£558,000).
