Fresh doubts have been raised about the future of NautaDutilh’s Rotterdam arm as the office faces the transfer of its local construction team to Amsterdam and more senior departures.
Senior Dutch lawyers have told Legal Week that the switch of construction partner Lieuwe de Boer to the firm’s Amsterdam office along with two associates is understood to have “triggered concern among the office’s partners”.
