Herbert Smith has become the latest major UK firm to make the move to limited liability status.
The top 10 London firm today (27 January) confirmed that partners have voted in favour of becoming a limited liability partnership (LLP), which protects partners from unlimited personal liability in the event of a firm-busting negligence claim.
