Bird & Bird’s UK, French and German arms have combined to land Airbus as a new client, advising the aerospace giant on the IT systems for its new A380 aeroplane.
The deal sees the firm advising on private key infrastructure – the IT and security systems – on the A380. The aircraft, currently in development, is designed to be the world’s largest aircraft, with the capacity to carry 555 passengers.
