Hengeler Mueller is to forge ‘best friends’ referral relationships in Prague and Budapest, Legal Week can reveal, in a move that will lead to the closure of the elite German firm’s local branches.

The Slaughter and May ally is set to focus its work in Prague with 30-lawyer Czech local Glatzova & Co, with Hengeler in Hungary building links with the 15-lawyer Heinzelmann & Partners.
