Gibson Dunn lifts capital market in CC City raid

Los Angeles giant Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has continued the expansion of its London arm with the hire of Clifford Chance (CC) capital markets partner Alan Bannister.

The US-qualified lawyer focuses on high yield debt and equity capital markets work. His clients include UBS and Kyivstar GSM, the leading Ukrainian mobile telecoms company.
