The Lord Chancellor has warned that the establishment of a Supreme Court faces likely delay as a site has not yet been located for the new court.
Outlining the five-year agenda for the Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA), Lord Falconer last week said: “There will definitely be a Supreme Court in this country but only when there is a suitable building for it.”
