Corporate counsel have given their backing to Private Finance Initiatives (PFIs), voting in favour of the funding mechanism in significant numbers.
According to the results of the latest Legal Director Benchmarker survey, conducted in association with Bevan Brittan, 62% of respondents thought PFI and public-private partnerships (PPP) are still the way forward for public sector projects.
