Fulbright & Jaworski is to launch a UK commercial disputes practice with the hire of top-rated Richards Butler partner Lista Cannon.

She will take up the role heading the Texas firm’s formative City disputes group in the new year, becoming the fourth partner at Fulbright’s London arm.
