Clifford Chance (CC) and Norton Rose have bagged lead roles on the £552m takeover bid for aviation company TBI – a cross-border deal which will transfer ownership of UK airports in Luton, Cardiff and Belfast.
Norton Rose is advising long-standing client TBI, one of the UK’s leading airport operators, on the offer by the Spanish-based consortium Airport Concessions and Development (ACD). The top 10 City firm’s team is being led by corporate partners Martin Scott and Jill Gauntlett.
